You have Cookie questions, I have answers! lets talk about  pricing, how to order, and what information is helpful when thinking about custom cookies!

How much are custom cookies?

Great question, and I'd love to tell you!

​

• Regular Size Cookies: Start at $55-$60 per dozen and price increases with design complexity (ex. metallics, florals, custom artwork)

• Realtor sets $48 per dozen 

• Logos: Start at $55 per dozen

• Mini Cookies (2"): $30 per dozen

• Gluten-free cookies: Start at $60

 

Do you have an order minimum?

Why yes, I do!

One dozen minimum for regular size cookies

Two dozen minimum for mini cookies

Do I require a Deposit?

Yes!

A 50% deposit is required to book with the remaining 50% due 48 hours prior to pickup.

NOTE: Orders are NOT scheduled without payment/deposit.

Are the cookies packaged?

​

Absolutely! All cookies are individually heat sealed and boxed by the dozen.

 

Do you need gift sets packaged in boxes or custom tags made?

No problem! Let me know and I can provide a custom packaging quote to your order!

Do you deliver?

I do for an extra Fee and only in town.

How soon do I need to book?

​

I require a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. The earlier you inquire about your order the greater the chance of availability!

I want to order cookies, but I'm not sure what information to send your way.  Any advice?

​

This happens a lot more often than you would think! When you submit an order inquiry or send an email, include the following:

​

• Pick-Up Date Requested (Please note this is not your event date)! I schedule everything based on customer pickups!

• General Theme (i.e. 1st Birthday, Garden Themed Baby Shower, Rustic Wedding, Sweet 16 flower power)

• Quantity of Cookies Needed

 

This information allows me to check availability and start thinking about some initial design ideas!

I found inspiration pictures of cookies online. Can you replicate these cookies?

Inspiration/reference pictures are great for establishing a general aesthetic or look for your event!

​

While I cannot duplicate another cookier's design/work, I am confident that I can create a cookie set that fits your theme, decor, or color scheme! 

 

Refunds/Cancellations:

Order refunds are only applicable to cancelled events per the conditions below.

 

• Orders cancelled one week or more prior to the scheduled pickup date are eligible for full refund.

 

• Orders cancelled less than one week prior to the event date, but more than 4 days in advance, are eligible for a 50% refund. At this point,  supplies and materials have already been ordered for the specific theme  a full refund cannot be issued.

 

• Orders cancelled within 4 days or less from the pickup date are not eligible for refund.

 

If something comes up and you have to cancel your original date but would like to reschedule for a different date, just let me know! I am more than happy to check my calendar for availability and transfer order to your new pickup date.

 

How long will the cookies stay fresh?

Because all of the cookies are individually heat sealed, they stay fresh for two weeks! Cookies can also be frozen in their heat sealed packaging for up to 2 to 3 months! 

 

Food allergies are a concern. What are the ingredients in my cookies?

My traditional sugar cookies are vanilla based and are not made in an allergen free kitchen.

 

If you have specific questions about allergens, please reach out and we can chat! Gluten free cookies are available upon request for an additional fee.
